2026 Lattimore Fall Craft Fair Information Now Available
The 2026 Lattimore Fall Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, November 7 from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Hunt Park in Lattimore.
The Town of Lattimore is hosting a Fall/Christmas Arts & Crafts Fair to showcase local artists’ handmade crafts and to promote our small-town community. Please complete this online form if you would like to participate as an exhibitor/vendor for this show. (Applications and payment must be received by October 30, 2026.)
Vendors will ONLY be allowed to pay by check to The Town of Lattimore or securely at https://lattimorenc.gov/payments. Do NOT make payment to third-party scammers, Venmo, Facebook, or other online pages. Payments must be made by October 30. Registration is not complete until payment has been made.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms & Conditions:
1. Setup/ Breakdown: All Exhibitors must be set up and ready to sell by 10:00 am the day of the event. Exhibitors may begin setting up at 8:00 am the day of the event. Breakdown can start no sooner than 2:30 pm and must be completed by 3:00 pm. No vendor is to close before the official closing time. Sellers are responsible for their selling spaces and must ensure their area is clean and free of trash before leaving.
2. Staffing: Exhibitor tables/booths must be manned at all times and intact until the show closes. The Town of Lattimore is not responsible for merchandise or display materials.
3. Exhibitor Responsibility: Exhibitor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire, or casualty. The Town of Lattimore expressly disclaims any responsibility for the same. Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with its operation. Each exhibitor is responsible for the conduct of his/her employees and /or representatives and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the event.
4. Exhibitor Space: Exhibitor spaces will be assigned. Placement, flow, and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for event attendees. If you have special space needs, please include your request with your application, and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment extends beyond the space they have booked, including any rails, stands, or other equipment. The town gazebos are not available for vendor/exhibit spaces.
5. One Vendor per table/space: Only one (1) vendor business per space/ space may not be sublet or shared without prior approval of an authorized Town staff person.
6. Acceptance: The Town of Lattimore reserves the right to decline any application for space if it deems such action to be in the best interest of the arts and craft event.
7. Payment: The full payment is a non-refundable registration fee for the selected space and is due with the submission of this agreement. This fee will be used to cover advertising and other incidental costs associated with the production of this event.
8. Electricity: Electricity will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, as electricity is not available at all areas. Electrical service requires an additional fee.
a) Outlets are not guaranteed.
b) Extension cords must be provided by the exhibitor.
9. Tables & Chairs: Each exhibitor must furnish their own tables, chairs, stands, tent, or canopy.
10. Outdoor event: Since this is an outdoor event, it is advised that the exhibitors bring along shims or blocks to level out the tables/ canopies, since there may be uneven ground. All tents and canopies must be secured to the ground with weights or sandbags in windy weather.
11. Cancellation of Space: Application fees are not refundable. The Town of Lattimore is not liable if weather or other conditions prevent the exhibitor from attending and fulfilling the contractual obligation. If weather or other restrictions cause the event to be canceled, we will do our best to reschedule it.
12. Indemnification: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the Town of Lattimore from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits, or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the operation of the exhibitors at the Lattimore Craft Event.
13. Application: The final day for submitting applications is October 30, 2026.
